About the Position

As the head waiter at Slottsgården, you will lead the daily operations in the restaurant and be responsible for delivering service characterized by warmth, professionalism, and care. You will be a mentor and leader for the serving team, ensuring that the service flow works, that quality and pace are maintained, and that guests receive an extraordinary overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the serving team and be responsible for staffing during your shift
• Ensure that service, pace, and hospitality are of high quality
• Be responsible for opening, closing, and daily operations
• Manage cash handling, routines, and reporting
• Help create a pleasant atmosphere and good mood – both with guests and staff

• Has experience as a head waiter, restaurant manager, or similar role
• Is a natural leader who can motivate and create joy at work
• Has genuine hospitality and an eye for detail and the whole experience
